about me

get to know me

after years of living in london and working in the fast-paced fashion world, i found myself constantly on the go: long hours, busy days, and little time to feel grounded. movement was the one thing that gave me space to reconnect with myself and feel more at home in my body.

what started over 12 years ago as a personal practice grew into a daily anchor, and eventually into my passion for helping others. now i’m a certified fitness coach and pilates teacher, and i also guide meditation and breathwork - bringing together strength, softness, and presence in every session.

after 8 years in london, i decided to shift towards a better quality of life and moved to benidorm, on the costa blanca of spain. here, i bring together movement, stillness, and breath to create space for people to feel strong, connected, and aligned in themselves.

a focus on core strength, posture, and alignment using just your body and simple props: precise, grounding, and effective.

pilates strength

a dynamic blend of pilates principles with strength work, designed to build power, stability, and resilience using small props such as small weights, pilates ball, mini band and yoga blocks.

strength + conditioning

functional training to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness, building a body that feels strong in daily life.

hiit + strength

a mix of high-intensity intervals with strength training for a full-body, energising workout that pushes your limits safely.
